HighQ provides enterprise-grade cloud computing with a single-tenancy hosting model in our own private cloud. We deploy a dedicated copy of the entire application, with its own database, for each of our clients. We also provide hybrid storage and encryption key management options for more advanced security and control. You have full control over how your instance is setup, when it’s upgraded and what it looks like. It’s your application, we just host it.



Deep integration

Integration with your key systems is essential, which is why we provide a range of connectors to other systems of record including Microsoft SharePoint and iManage Work, as well as full Active Directory / LDAP synchronisation, federated Single Sign-On using SAML 2.0, a SQL database connector, XML/RSS connector and much more through a virtual integration appliance that can be installed inside your network and our integration partners.

Flexible and configurable

Due to our single-tenancy hosting model, each instance can have its own custom branding applied in a few minutes and there are literally hundreds of system settings that can be used to tailor the application to behave in many different ways. Features can be turned on and off system-wide and default behaviours can be changed so each of our clients can configure their instance the way they like it. It’s flexible and powerful.

Encryption key management

We give you the ability to manage & store the encryption keys for files on-premise. Now you can keep control of your data and take advantage of all the cloud has to offer.

iManage Work integration

We support full integration with iManage Work so users can upload files and folders directly from within iManage Work or FileSite with a simple right click.

XML / RSS / iCalendar import

Our XML connector allows news and other updates that can be exposed as XML, RSS or iCalendar feeds to be imported into the Blog or Events modules from a centralised source.

Private cloud

We host our solutions in our private cloud in Tier 4, SSAE 16 Type II data centers in the UK, US, UAE, Australia and Jersey. It’s your choice where your data is stored..

Active Directory / LDAP syncing

We can sync users and groups from your AD or LDAP server so that you can easily onboard and offboard users to reduce the administration overhead and minimise risk.

SharePoint / CMIS integration

We support the CMIS standard to integrate with Microsoft SharePoint or any other content management or document management system that supports it.

REST API for developers

If our out-of-the-box connectors don’t do what you need, you can leverage our API to build your own integrations with the other systems and applications you use.

Hybrid storage

Choose where you store your files for each individual workspace. Select any of HighQ’s five data centres globally or use our storage appliance to keep them on-premise.

Single Sign-On

With full support for SAML 2.0 federated single sign-on we can ensure the login process is seamless for users, so they don’t have to remember yet another password.

SQL database connector

Sometimes you need to pull structured data in from other sources, we can connect to any underlying SQL database, map the tables and push the data up into our iSheets module.
