HighQ launches Publisher 4.4: Revolutionising the way law firms engage with clients

London, UK – March 28 2017 – HighQ, provider of innovative enterprise cloud collaboration and content management software for law firms, announces general availability of its latest release of HighQ Publisher 4.4 to improve client digital journeys.

Publisher 4.4 is the latest major version of HighQ’s content management solution, used by leading international law firms such as Linklaters and Allen & Overy to redefine their clients’ content experience.

Create amazing content experiences for your audiences

Publisher 4.4 provides clients with the necessary tools to build engaging content experiences for a variety of audiences. “Publisher now provides greater personalisation, improved flexibility and the addition of new email marketing tools to compliment the content experience. It’s a big challenge for law firms to harmonise their clients’ digital journeys and we’re simplifying this,” says HighQ Publisher product director Ben Wightwick.

Email marketing

The new email marketing tool combines a great user experience with deep-rooted integration to the underlying content. Two-way synchronisation to CRM platforms ensures the right data is leveraged at the right time. “Importantly, HighQ Publisher can now be used by our clients to manage both ‘push’ email marketing activities and preference based ‘pull’ system email communications,” says Wightwick.

The importance of granular auditing

A new audit summary combines over 20 metrics in a single page to provide key statistics of what is happening in the platform from user activity and device origins to stats on the most engaged clients. Granular auditing capabilities are a vital component in ensuring your content marketing strategies are successful.


Being able to tailor your content experiences to different people at different stages in their relationship with your firm is key. Understanding and presenting your products and services based on client status or customer vertical will help to build trust and demonstrate understanding of their specific requirements.

By the end of 2017, online video will account for 74% of all web traffic.

Video is now an important part of firms content strategies, as outlined in this video marketing infographic. “In Publisher 4.4 our video hosting and streaming service has been re-engineered to provide a fully scalable solution that can enable our clients to deliver video content experiences to any audience. Enhancements to the player and streaming service introduces a customisable skin and delivery using multiple versions of the video dependant on the network connection the user has,” says Wightwick.

Publisher 4.4 is available to new and existing clients now and HighQ will be demonstrating the new version at the Legal Marketing Association (LMA) national conference in Las Vegas from 28th – 29th March 2017 on Stand 108.
