In September 2019, over 60 lawyers, general counsel, legal project managers, innovators and legal technologists gathered in London for a creative problem-solving workshop with the aim of identifying how technology can be better leveraged to drive improved collaboration between law firms, in-house teams and other service providers.
Attendees were divided into teams, with the basis of the workshop being a problem statement that the teams were tasked with solving:
“Collaboration between law firms and in-house teams is often ineffective due to the failure to properly leverage technology – resulting in poor value delivery, limited productivity, low efficiency and reduced transparency.”
This eBook summarizes the outputs from the workshop, offering readers valuable insights into the the underlying causes of the problem and possible solutions to drive positive change. The content within is sure to spark some ideas for improved collaboration across the industry.
