Primuth, Driskell & Terzian transitions to HighQ platform

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. (January 7, 2019)—HighQ is pleased to announce their partnership with Primuth, Driskell & Terzian as the firm transitions to HighQ’s collaboration platform following the acquisition of Legal Anywhere. The firm is based in Pasadena, Calif. and specializes in estate planning, business and tax law.

“We are pleased to welcome Primuth, Driskell & Terzian to the HighQ family,” said Don Fuchs, Legal Anywhere founder and current vice president of North American sales for HighQ. “We are excited to continue our journey with them as they seek to leverage our technology to win business and improve client experience.”

Primuth, Driskell & Terzian were in the process of deploying Legal Anywhere when HighQ acquired the company. Seeing an opportunity to take advantage of the joint team’s expanded knowledge, support and service, Primuth, Driskell & Terzian quickly began discussions to transition to the HighQ platform. They plan to use HighQ to offer clients a branded client portal with secure access to their information, improved workflow and shared dashboards that integrate with the firm’s web presence.

“A lot of the transition has happened behind the scenes,” said Joshua Driskell, partner at Primuth, Driskell & Terzian, adding that the process has been smooth, causing minimal interruption to their client workflow. “We have been extremely impressed with the HighQ team’s insight into how we can utilize the platform to increase efficiency and provide better service.”

The firm continues to explore ways to customize the platform in order to manage and share information with clients through a portal that securely stores data and documents.

“We are excited to deploy HighQ, knowing it’s the same tool that many larger firms rely on,” said Driskell “We’re looking forward to bringing the advantages of this technology to our clients.”

Driskell said expectations for law firms to have user-friendly technology in place continue to increase, and HighQ positions Primuth, Driskell & Terzian to easily adapt to those evolving expectations, giving them a competitive edge.

“As a firm, we’re committed to providing elite legal services through the adoption of elite technology,” Driskell said. “We can stand shoulder-to-shoulder with much larger law firms, and in many cases, offer our clients more using the HighQ platform.”
